ATS Pass provides AI-powered resume optimization services designed to improve compatibility with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Our service analyzes your resume and provides recommendations for improvement.

AI Technology

Our platform uses advanced artificial intelligence and machine learning algorithms to analyze resume content, formatting, and structure to provide optimization suggestions.

No Guarantees

While we strive to provide accurate and helpful optimization suggestions, we cannot guarantee job placement, interview callbacks, or specific employment outcomes. Results may vary based on numerous factors beyond our control.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account and uploading resume content. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date.

Lawful Use

You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You will not use the service to upload malicious content, infringe on intellectual property rights, or engage in any harmful activities.

Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you upload to our service. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process and analyze it for the purpose of providing our optimization services.

Subscription Plans

We offer various subscription plans with different features and usage limits. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as specifically stated in our refund policy.

Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect your current billing period but will apply to subsequent renewals. We will provide at least 30 days notice of any price increases.

Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all paid plans. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of your initial purchase or upgrade.

You may not use our service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You agree not to:

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your account and legal action if necessary.

Our Rights

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of ATS Pass and its licensors. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload but grant us a license to use it solely for providing our services. We do not claim ownership of your resume content or personal information.

Feedback

Any feedback, comments, or suggestions you provide about our service may be used by us without any obligation to compensate you.

In no event shall ATS Pass, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Our total liability to you for any damages arising from or related to this agreement shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

By You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team or using the account deletion feature in your settings. Upon termination, your access to the service will cease immediately.

By Us

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, all provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
